This notice explains how 9Space uses information you share when asking about a website or digital project.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, work email, organisation, enquiry type, project summary and consent. You may also give us a website URL, budget range, intended timing, preferred contact method and WhatsApp number. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send through those services.
Why we use it
9Space uses this information to understand your request, reply and decide whether and how we can help. The enquiry form does not enrol you in marketing. Basic technical request information is used to protect the form from abuse.
Services involved
Cloudflare Turnstile and Workers protect and process form submissions. Resend delivers the enquiry email. Email and WhatsApp conversations are also subject to the terms of those services. These providers process information needed to perform their part of the enquiry journey.
Retention and your choices
9Space retains enquiry records for 12 months after the last exchange. To request access, correction or deletion, email[email protected]. We will review the request and respond through the same contact channel where practical.
